Product Overview

Color coated coil is a composite material made of cold rolled steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet as the base material. After surface pretreatment, it is coated with multiple layers of organic coating on both sides through continuous roller coating process and cured by high temperature baking. This product has both the strength of metal substrate and the decorative and protective performance of organic coating. Uncoiling and pretreatment

After the steel coil is unrolled, the surface is cleaned by degreasing, chemical conversion and other processes to ensure the adhesion of the coating

Preliminary coating and baking

Roller-coated epoxy primer, high-temperature curing to form an anti-corrosion base layer

Fine coating and texture processing

Spraying polyester/PVDF topcoat, optional embossing or laminating process to achieve special textures

Final curing and quality inspection

Second high-temperature baking to ensure coating performance, rewinding and packaging after strict testing
