Production Process

Raw material preparation stage: hot-rolled steel coils are pickled to remove surface iron oxide scale

Cold rolling and rolling stage: the pickled steel coils are rolled through a cold rolling mill; including rough rolling and finishing rolling processes, rolling the steel coils to the target thickness

Intermediate processing stage: the rolled steel coils are electrolytically cleaned to remove surface oil stains

Annealing stage: continuous annealing, hood annealing or unwinding annealing processes can be selected; eliminate work hardening and improve material properties

Finishing processing stage: the annealed steel coils are passed through a flattening mill to improve the plate shape; slitting or rewinding is performed according to demand

Finished product output: the final products include cold-rolled coils, thin plates and slit strip coils
